Produced in Fujian province, China, this tea is made from tender green tea leaves hand-rolled into small pearls. During production, the pearls are layered with freshly picked jasmine blossoms over eight consecutive nights. Each morning the flowers are removed, allowing the leaves to slowly absorb their fragrance. This meticulous process results in a tea of remarkable precision and purity.
