Grown in the rolling hills of Zhejiang, Gunpowder tea thrives in a mild, misty climate with fertile, mineral-rich soil. The leaves are withered, steamed and hand-rolled before being pan-fired to seal in their flavour. This traditional process gives the tea its signature smoky aroma and robust, enduring taste.
