Fujian’s coastal hills provide the ideal balance of mist, sunlight and mineral-rich soil for cultivating fine white tea. Grown at elevations around 600 metres, the leaves are handpicked and sun-withered to preserve their soft, downy texture and delicate aroma. Minimal handling allows the tea to maintain its freshness and sweetness.
