Please ensure that a valid delivery address is provided when placing your order. We cannot deliver to PO Boxes.

1. Right to Return

In accordance with EU consumer protection regulations, you have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving your goods without providing a reason.

To initiate a return, please contact sales@newbyteas.pl with your order number, the item(s) concerned, and the reason for return.

Please note that returns must be authorised in advance, and we cannot accept items that have been returned without prior approval.

2. Return Conditions

Returned items must be:

  • Unused and unopened
  • In their original condition and packaging

For hygiene and quality reasons, opened tea products cannot be returned unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

3. Return Shipping

Unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

We recommend using a reliable, trackable shipping service, as returned items remain the responsibility of the sender until received by us.
