3. Contract Formation

Before submitting an order, you have the opportunity to review and correct any errors.
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase goods from us.
A contract is formed only when we send you an Order Confirmation email confirming that your order has been accepted.
If we cannot fulfil your order due to stock or other reasons, we will inform you by email and issue a refund if payment has already been taken.

While we make every effort to display products accurately, colours and packaging may vary slightly depending on your device or production batches.

7. Right of Withdrawal (Consumer Right to Cancel)

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which the consumer receives the goods.

Unless goods are faulty or incorrectly supplied, the cost of returning goods is borne by the customer.

8. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- goods that are perishable
- goods sealed for health or hygiene reasons that have been opened after delivery
- goods customised or personalised according to customer specifications
These exceptions do not affect your statutory rights in the case of faulty goods.
9. Faulty or Incorrect Goods
