Terroir & Production

Ilam lies in Nepal’s eastern highlands, where elevations above 1,200 metres, cool mountain air and steady mist create ideal conditions for slow leaf growth. The mineral-rich soil and fresh mountain climate nurture teas of remarkable delicacy. After careful handpicking, the leaves are lightly withered and dried to preserve their natural sweetness before being expertly blended with rose petals to create a refined floral cup.
