Chocolate and Cherry Mocktail

Chocolate and Cherry Mocktail

Ingredients:

  • Cocoa Powder
  • Wild Cherry tea
  • 10ml Cherry Syrup
  • Skimmed Fresh Milk, frothed
  • Chocolate shavings
  • Nutmeg (grate into powder)

Recipe:

  • Mix 2g of Cocoa Powder and 2g Wild Cherry tea
  • Boil water at 100 degrees
  • Brew the tea for 4 minutes in 100 ml water
  • Add 10ml Cherry Syrup
  • Add Ice and shake to cool down
  • Pour the brewed tea into the glass
  • Add frothed skimmed milk on top slowly to keep the froth afloat
  • Garnish with nutmeg and top with chocolate shavings

Rooibos Cinnamon Mocktail

Ingredients:

  • Rooibos Orange tea
  • Cinnamon sticks
  • Vanilla Syrup
  • Fresh Orange
  • Dried orange for garnishing

Recipe:

  • Boil water at 100 degrees
  • Brew 4g of rooibos orange for 5 minutes in 100 ml water and stir in 2 cinnamon sticks
  • Add 10 ml of vanilla syrup
  • Pour the brew into the glass
  • Squeeze fresh orange into the brew and stir
  • Add ice cubes
  • Garnish with cinnamon stick and dried orange

  • Apple Strudel infusion
  • Gresh ginger slices
  • Crushed Cardamon
  • Agave syrup or honey
  • Cinnamon stick (optional)

Recipe:

  • Boil water at 100 degrees
  • Inside a pot, put 4g of apple strudel infusion, pour 300ml of hot water, add ginger and cardamon.  Brew for 5 minutes.
