Payment

You can pay for your online order with the following credit and debit cards: Discover, Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.

US Mainland Delivery

Your order will be sent within 7-10 business days of receiving payment. Delivery will be a flat rate of $15 for orders under $150 and $10 for delivery over $150. Free USA shipping for orders over $200. We deliver to US addresses (excluding PO Boxes) via USPS and UPS. You can use a residential or business address. USPS and UPS aims to deliver your order within 7-10 business days.

International Delivery

We are now shipping to Canada for a flat fee of $25.

Returns

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, Geralt US, Inc. will exchange your purchase or refund your money. Simply return the items to us within 30 days in the original shipping box, unused and undamaged. Simply write RETURN EXCHANGE or RETURN REFUND across the top of your packing slip, with a note as to your request and include it in the box with the merchandise you are returning. If you have opened your package and are unsatisfied with your order please feel free to contact our customer service department to discuss the return process as soon as possible.
