As the temperatures rise, it's time to cool down with iced tea. Try out two of our favourites - chilled Masala Tea Latte and Peach Oolong iced tea. 

Chilled Masala Latte

A unique blend of premium black Assam tea with cinnamon topped with milk. Relish in the fragrant aroma with a sweet and spicy aftertaste.

 Ingredients

  • 4g Loose Masala Chai Tea (or 2 tea bags
  • 15ml Agave Syrup
  • 150ml Milk
  • Cinnamon and Anise star for garnishing

Tools

  • Cocktail Shaker
  • Champagne Glass or Rock Glass

Instructions for 1 portion 

  • Brew tea in 150ml water for 3 minutes
  • Put Ice Cubes inside Cocktail Shaker
  • Pour tea inside Cocktail Shaker
  • Add 15ml Agave Syrup
  • Cover and shake vigorously
  • Pour over glass
  • Froth Milk and layer foam on top with teaspoon, sprinkle with cinnamon


Peach Oolong

Enjoy a delicious concoction of the delicate Fujian oolong tea with the natural sweetness of peach puree.

 Ingredients

  • 4g Loose Fujian Oolong Tea (or 2 teabags Ginseng Oolong)
  • 30ml Peach Puree or 15ml Peach Syrup
  • Mint leaves & Peach Slices for garnishing
  • Ice Cubes

Tools

  • Cocktail Shaker
  • Collins or Chimney Glass

Instructions for 1 portion

  • Brew infusion in 150ml hot water for 5 minutes
  • Put Ice Cubes inside Cocktail Shaker
  • Strain tea and pour inside Cocktail Shaker
  • Add peach syrup
  • Cover and shake vigorously
  • Pour over glass, fill with more ice and garnish with fresh mint and peach slices
