We've carefully selected yellow buckwheat grown at a high-altitude of 1500 meters in the Lingshan mountains of China. Expertly roasted, this infusion produces a lemony yellow cup, evocative of the flowering meadows of the mountains.
With an intense aroma of freshly baked bread, this Chinese tea infusion of Buckwheat has a sweet and nutty taste that's both satisfying and invigorating. Unlike our Black Pearls buckwheat, our yellow buckwheat has a lighter aroma, making it a perfect choice for those seeking a caffeine-free option that's packed with flavour and character.

Place 5g or one teaspoon in freshly boiled water cooled to 100C. Brew for 5 minutes. Strain, pour and enjoy.
