Terroir & Production

Fujian’s mountain slopes, rising between 800 and 1,200 metres, are shaped by cool mists, fertile red soil and steady humidity, conditions that nurture slow-growing oolong leaves of remarkable quality. After handpicking, the leaves are lightly oxidised, tightly rolled and coated with ginseng powder, allowing the flavours of the root and tea to merge gradually during infusion.
