Please ensure that a valid delivery address is provided when placing your order. We cannot deliver to PO Boxes.

Switzerland Returns & Refund Policy

This Returns & Refund Policy applies to orders placed on www.newbyteas.com/ch and delivered within Switzerland.

1. Returns

If you wish to return an item purchased online, please contact us with your order number, the item concerned, and the reason for return.

Returns must be authorised in advance, and we cannot accept items that have been returned without prior approval.

Returned items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging. For hygiene and quality reasons, opened tea products cannot be returned unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible and include your order number and photographs where possible. Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

3. Refunds

Once returned items have been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
