Terroir & Production

Flowering tea is hand crafted in Fujian Province by carefully binding tender spring green tea leaves around a single blossom such as jasmine or lily, using fine cotton thread. Grown in the province’s mist covered mountains and mineral rich soils, the leaves are chosen for their quality, allowing them to unfurl elegantly in water.
