High Mountain is a golden-yellow oolong tea from the heights of Taiwan’s Nantou County, made from the leaves of the Si Ji Chun bush. Fruity with an orchid aroma.

Terroir & Production

At elevations above 1,200 metres, Nantou’s mountain air remains cool and moist throughout the year, slowing leaf growth and deepening flavour. The fertile volcanic soil, rich in minerals, nurtures the tender leaves that define this exceptional oolong. After careful handpicking, the leaves are gently rolled, lightly oxidised and roasted.
