An uplifting blend infused with rich, warming flavours, Masala Chai has long been part of the Indian culinary experience. While many variations exist, with milk and sugar sometimes blended with the tea, the addition of spices is integral. Terroir & Production

Assam’s tea gardens stretch along the Brahmaputra River, at elevations of up to 200 metres. The region’s tropical climate, marked by heavy monsoon rains and high humidity, produces lush, flavour-rich leaves. Deep alluvial soil, enriched by minerals from the Himalayas, lends the tea its signature depth and colour, making it the perfect base for blending with traditional Indian spices.
