Terroir & Production

Produced from green tea grown in Hunan province, this tea follows Japanese-inspired sencha techniques. The leaves are steamed shortly after harvest to halt oxidation and preserve freshness, colour and structure. Carefully selected petals and fruit pieces are added to complement the tea without masking its character. The blend is packed under controlled conditions to maintain freshness and aromatic stability.
