Black Buckwheat (Lingshan Mountains, China)
Aroma: earthy and nutty, with a warm and inviting aroma.
Taste: smooth and full-bodied texture that is accompanied by a distinctive nutty flavour with hints of roasted grains. The infusion has a mild sweetness that is complemented by a slight bitterness.
Finish: clean and refreshing, with a light astringency.
Place 5g or one teaspoon in freshly boiled water cooled to 100C. Brew for 5 minutes. Strain, pour and enjoy.
