We offer standard deliveries across Europe via UPS or DPD, depending on the destination country.

The courier and delivery timeframe will vary by country and will be confirmed at checkout.

2. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs vary depending on the destination country and are displayed during checkout.

These charges apply per order, regardless of the number of items included.

Orders over €30 qualify for free delivery within Germany only.

3. Delivery Information

Please ensure a valid delivery address is provided at checkout. We cannot deliver to PO Boxes.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details from the courier.

Our UPS and DPD deliveries usually takes 2-6 days for delivery. This estimation is provided by UPS & DPD, however it may take up to 15 working days if they are experiencing delays in service. The delivery time vary depending on your country. Unfortunately, Newby Teas GmbH. cannot accept any responsibility for parcels delayed. Please allow 10 working days before contacting Customer Service with any missing delivery enquiries: we will be able to assist you as efficiently as possible once this time period has passed.

**Also, if we experience a high volume of orders, it may take longer than usual for us to process your order and send tracking information. Thanks for your understanding.

***Note that our warehouse only processes during weekdays time. Orders passed on weekends will be proceeded on Mondays.

4. Damaged or Missing Deliveries

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incomplete, please contact care@newbyteas.com within 3 days of delivery, including your order number and photographs where possible. We will review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Return Policy

In accordance with EU consumer protection regulations, you have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving your goods without providing a reason.

To initiate a return, please contact care@newbyteas.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

Please note that returns must be authorised in advance. We cannot accept items that have been returned without prior approval.

2. Return Conditions

Returned items must be:

  • Unused and unopened
  • In their original condition and packaging

For hygiene and quality reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened tea products unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

3. Return Shipping

Unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

We recommend using a reliable, trackable shipping service, as returned items remain the responsibility of the sender until received by us.
