Terroir & Production

Chamomile thrives in temperate climates, where long sunny days and mineral-rich soil encourage the delicate flowers to flourish. The blossoms are handpicked in early summer, just as they open, when their aroma and natural oils are at their most concentrated. Once gathered, they are slowly dried to preserve their soft colour, shape and fragrance.
