Cup: Deep jade with a thick, smooth foam
Aroma: Fresh-cut grass, light spinach notes
Taste: Umami, mild, light, fresh
Finish: Lasting, sweet
Use 2g of matcha powder per 200ml of boiled water, cooled to 70°C. Whisk well until the powder has dissolved.
